Each session is limited to 8 spots. If there are no available spots and you are a group of 4 to 8 people, contact us to arrange an extra downwinder.
(You cannot mix bookings with or without a card; they must be made separately.)
Meeting Points and Schedules
Cancellation Policy and General Terms and Conditions
1. Nature of the booking
DOWNWINDERS spots are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Each booking secures a place within a planned logistical operation, so availability depends on the number of participants.
2. Customer cancellation
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled at no cost.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
3. No-show
If you do not arrive at the meeting point at the scheduled time, the booking will be considered used and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
4. Spot transfer
You may transfer your spot to another person who meets the required skill level, provided you notify Surf Center Tarifa at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Weather conditions
If conditions allow the activity to take place, even if not optimal, the downwinder will go ahead and no refunds will be issued.
If Surf Center Tarifa cancels due to unsafe conditions, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.
6. Minimum participants
A minimum number of participants is required for the activity. If this number is not reached, a reschedule or full refund will be offered.
7. Nature of the service
The booking corresponds to a sports experience with associated logistics. Not using your reserved spot does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
8. Cancellation due to force majeure
Downwinders and Surf Center Tarifa reserve the right to cancel the activity due to circumstances beyond their control, without any financial compensation to the client.
